When you think 3 ingredient cookies, you really can’t go past these couldn’t been easier 3 ingredient nutella cookies.

If you’re a fan of nutella, (and really, why wouln’t you be?!) then you’re going to love these sweet, chocolatey cookies.

3 Ingredient chocolate cookies with nutella

I’m not going to even pretend that I came up with these. They have been circulating online for years.

But, if you haven’t yet come across them, then you’re in for a real treat and will marvel at how 3 ingredients can create such a wonderous cookie.

3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies Recipe

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Nutella
  • 1 Cup Plain Flour
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with well greased baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until smooth.
  3. Add the nutella and whisk until well incorporated.
  4. Finally, stir through the flour until a nutella cookie dough is formed.
  5. Drop a tablespoon of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until set.
  7. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then enjoy.
